Auto-publishing

It goes live without you.

The last mile is where content programs die: the article exists, but it's sitting in a doc waiting for someone to paste it in. Connect your CMS once and RankPine publishes a finished, formatted, illustrated post to your own site on schedule — and the article is yours, on your domain, forever.

The workflow

How publishing works

01

Connect your CMS once

WordPress, Ghost, Webflow, and Notion connect in a couple of clicks, and anything else works through a webhook or our REST API — including Zapier, Make, and n8n if you'd rather wire it up there. We run a live test on connect, so you find out it works immediately, not on publish day.

02

Articles go out on your schedule

Each day's article is written ahead of time and published at the hour you choose, in your timezone. It arrives as a real post with headings, images, internal links, meta title, and description already set — not a wall of plain text to reformat.

03

Or hold everything for review

Switch autopilot off and finished articles wait in review instead. Read them, edit them, regenerate the ones that miss, and publish with one click when you're happy — the same pipeline, with a gate in front of it.

Your site, your posts, your domain.

There's no hosted blog on a subdomain we control, and no rented traffic. Every article publishes to the site you own, which means the rankings, the backlinks, and the compounding authority accrue to you — and they stay yours the day you decide to leave.

Five integrations, plus everything else

WordPress, Ghost, Webflow, Notion, and webhook/REST are live. Zapier, Make, and n8n bridge the rest — around 6,000 apps.

Publishes at a time you pick

Choose the hour and timezone. Articles are generated in advance so nothing depends on a job finishing in time.

Search Console gets told

Connect Google Search Console and each publish is fed back in, so new posts get discovered without you pinging anything by hand.

Export whenever you want

Every article can be pulled down as Markdown or plain text. Cancel and you keep everything already published, because it was never on our servers to begin with.

Included in the $99/site plan.

Thirty articles a month, every feature, and three real articles before you pay.

Auto-publishing, in short

Which platforms can you publish to?

WordPress, Ghost, Webflow, and Notion have direct integrations. Everything else connects through a webhook or our REST API, which also covers Zapier, Make, and n8n — so in practice, any CMS with an API.

Do the articles live on my domain?

Yes. They're published as real posts on your own site. There's no hosted blog on a RankPine subdomain, so all the SEO value accrues to your domain, not ours.

Can I review articles before they publish?

Turn autopilot off for the site and every article waits in review. You can edit, regenerate, or approve each one, then publish when you're ready.

What happens if publishing fails?

The article is kept and the failure is surfaced in the app with the reason — an expired token, a changed URL. Fix the connection and republish; nothing is silently dropped.

Put this on autopilot.

Auto-publishing is one stage. RankPine runs all of them — researching, planning, writing, editing, and publishing a genuinely good article to your site every day, for less than the cost of one freelance post.
